Trainer
Ed Rogers, a Consulting Associate for Blanchard®, is warm, dynamic, and focused on helping people achieve their desired results. Clients praise him for his sense of humor, high level of professionalism, and ability to make the learning process relevant for the audience. Ed strives to ensure that participants leave his training sessions enriched with an understanding of how to use their own insights and apply the core content to meet their individual leadership challenges.

More about Ed Rogers

Ed is successful at working within all levels of an organization. His expertise is in leadership development, management competence, team building, virtual teams, managing diversity, and strategic human resource management. He has vast experience on a global stage in a variety of areas, ranging from virtual environments to small groups to large auditorium settings. Ed’s indepth knowledge of different cultures and business models underlies his forte in handling international clientele. He has also lectured for an online MBA program.

For more than 30 years, Ed has planned, designed, and delivered training and development programs for more than 500,000 participants worldwide, creating a positive impact on their organizations. His previous roles include being a senior leader, project and team manager, and sales and marketing professional. He has also held a partnership in two companies. Ed holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology as well as an MBA from the University of Oklahoma.

His native language is English, and he speaks Finnish fluently. In his free time Ed enjoys hiking, stargazing, managing social networks for research and practice in psychology, virtual communication, and history.
